The human expression holds a substantial amount of inspiration; while the human face holds unique information that captivates me. Throughout my paintings I strive to capture the raw emotions and complexities of the human experience. The story captivates and compels me to imitate it on canvas. Creating unique and unexpected portraits, I intentionally twist, skew, and exaggerate features to disrupt conventional perspectives. I meticulously select color palettes as I aim to evoke a specific response in the viewer. I intend to spark curiosity, prompt contemplation, and elicit a dynamic engagement with the unexpected.
